Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellations work for FayeBot paid plans. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Overview
FayeBot offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans (Pro and Max). You can upgrade, cancel, or request a refund as described below. We aim to keep this simple and fair.
2. Free plan
The Free plan is free indefinitely and is not charged, so refunds do not apply. You can evaluate FayeBot on the Free plan for as long as you like before upgrading.
3. Billing
Paid plans (Pro ₹2,499/month and Max ₹6,999/month) are billed monthly in advance in INR via Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We do not store your card details — all payments are handled by Razorpay.
4. Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of your first Pro or Max payment, we will refund that payment in full.
After the first 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused billing periods. You may cancel at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing period (see Cancellation below).
Renewal charges (the second month onward) are not eligible for the 7-day first-payment refund. If you were charged due to a clear billing error on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. You keep access to your data and can export your leads before or after cancelling.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@fayebot.com from the email address on your account, within 7 days of your first payment, with the subject "Refund request." We typically respond within one business day.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once processed, the amount typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
