Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade immediately, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No questions asked.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation starts when a visitor sends their first message and ends when the chat is closed or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
What happens if I hit my daily conversation limit?
New conversations are paused for the rest of the day. Conversations already in progress are completed. You'll see an upgrade prompt in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Indian payment methods — major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking — via Razorpay. Support for international cards is coming soon; we're expanding to more countries.
Is there a trial for Pro or Max?
The free plan is an indefinite trial with 1 app. When you need more apps or higher limits, upgrade anytime — no trial period required.
How does enterprise pricing work?
